Telkom phoned me for upgrade on my current contract which was a better deal than the previous contract. When they did the upgrade they did not cancelled the old contract. Now they are threatened me that they going to suspend my service after they have admitted they should have canceled the previous contract. I phoned them and was talking to 7 people and still have no feedback only treats sms'e.
