Mobile contract querie

I am very disappointed with the service i get from Telkom regarding my mobile contract, i made a payment in june towards my mobile contract so i can settle my whole bill and close my account, till this day my account hasn't been settled the money is still hanging. I even have a case number i keep on following up on the case number but is not yet attended, they keep on saying the agent will call me,but dololo....my heart is painful.
