Mobile contract application

<p>I am so disappointed. I app**** for a mobile contract on the 17th of April 2017, at Telkom Cresta Mall even today I have no feedback. Apparently a case was open without any documents attached to it. I am being turned back every day that my case has not been attended to while there is nothing attached to the case. This is high level of incompetence; how long do I have to wait for a mobile contract to be approved? This normally take maximum of 72 hours. It’s been weeks for god sack as if am not going to pay for the damn contracts, this is unacceptable.</p>
