Mobile Contract Apple Device availability and unauthrized mid month debit

As a business owner and mobile contract subscriber on a high-tier plan, I’ve been extremely disappointed by the availability of Apple devices for upgrades. Additionally, an unauthorized mid-month debit of our company accounts occurred, offside Telkom!! Despite initiating an upgrade through the iStore on April 27, 2024, there has been minimal progress even after 6 weeks. Telkom, why is it so challenging to upgrade to an Apple device!
