Mobile contracr refund night mare

I app**** for a contract for a samsung s8 in January and the delivery of the device kept on being delayed until the 4th of july when i decided to call and cancel the contract how ever my account qas debited for the approvel on the 6th feb 2018 and now i have being given the run around to get my refund of R570
