Mobile billing query

I called to cancel my mobile contract, all arrangements were done and agreed upon. Today they suspended all my subscriptions including the Wifi. I have spoken to 5 different consultants but no luck. No managers on duty to help. When the call cuts off they don't call you back. This is the 2nd inconvenience from them. I should have learnt the 1st time.
