MOBILE - Being charged for a device that I have not even taken delivery of

I requested a "Call Back" from Telkom on 12 August 2020 to go through the process of placing my order for a Huawei P40 lite.

I was told someone would contact me again to perform a credit check. This has not happened to date.

On 14 August 2020 Telkom debited my account with R110. I have not even received the device yet nor performed the required credit check however I am receiving debits already??
