Mobile account

I have a problem with my telkom account, they going into my account earlier than the time arranged for, and blocked my account, I paid cash using easy pay but still I'm blocked. Been calling customer service nothing, for 3 days, you just hold for an hour or more without any attendance. What worries me is that, I heard people complaining about the same issues then realized that I'm not the only 1. Payment should reflect within 24 hours but with telkom its forever and you never get to be assisted by anyone, i went to the telkom shop they just gave me reference number to pay at pick n pay because they don't accept cash then that was it
