Mo nice data not working

Absolutely appalling data service from Telkom. I bought the Mo'nice data package of 14gb for however i am unable to utilize it for most of the time. I relentlessly get messages that i have no data and my internet is paused yet i gave gigabytes of data. I paid for a service that i am not getting value for, and worst thing is it is due to expire in a few days time and i have not used it to my satisfaction. This is really am unsatisfying experience.
