Misuse of power

I once posted here about Telkom and their bad service and they rep**** to you. On your response you said they requested that my post should be removed and that they will contact me.

I'd like to inform you that they did not contact me. I then emailed NCC and they were CC on the email. They then called me yesterday to ask questions. Today they rep**** to me but they did not CC NCC. The most important part is that they denying any means from my side to deal with the issue because they know they requested you to remove my post. I feel that this company is exercising it power to exploit people and force them to contract without giving them any service.
