Mistreated

I went to Telkom Clearwater Mall to do a sim swap. A lady called Xoli Zulu reduced me into nothing. I feel angry and very disgusted about their service. First they didn't help me. She told me I can't do sim swap because I am in debt with Telkom. Then she went to the back office to talk and laugh about it. The other guy Mudau told her it's doable but she insisted she will not help me. This person called Xoli doesn't seem to love her job or respect costumers. If there was a Zero rating I would rate Telkom Zero.
