Mistaken Identity

My husband keeps getting calls on his mobile phone, looking for a Maria Stevenson which coincidently is my name however the ID number on your system is incorrect and I have never had a contract with Telkom at any point. We have explained this repeatedly to the various agents that call him , I myself have even spoken to one of the agents because they don't believe my husband, it has not reached a point where we are feeling harassed by the continuous calls, we are going to log a complain with the information regulator.
