Missing watch

Took out a contract in April, a phone with a watch , that is a add on to the contract that cost me R50 a month. I got my phone and they sed there wasn't any watches in stock and they would let me know when they have watches available. Went to the store a couple of times they told me they would call me . Went there again a month ago the manager told me they don't know about me but they will source me a watch , up to today no call , no watch . So now I'm paying for something I don't use .
