Missing phone

I gave my phone 3 months in for repairs already and that was only to fix the screen but whenever I go to Telkom the technicians and manager they don't have an answer to when i will be getting my phone cause all they can say its still at the repairs and it's going in for 4 months without getting an answer , I don't know how to make anymore or what I should do to get the phone , the service is extremely bad.
