MISSING PHONE
I was supposed to have my phone repaired. I then rejected t he quote because it was a ridiculous amount for a very minor problem. Then I was charge for a courier fee which was not mentioned to me prior to the phone being shipped off. Once informed of this "fee" I then opted to collect my phone directly from wherever it was given that having it shipped to a city I was no longer made no sense. The technician who dealt with my case at the time said she would come back to me with the collection details. Mind you this was in AUGUST. It is now NOVEMBER and I still do not have my phone back, nor does anyone in the store have any information for me regarding this matter. I am very ticked off because I AM the one constantly having to call and email for updated and NEVER a response. Either no one answers the phone or my e-mails go ignored. I urge anyone using this service to rethinking their service provider. This is unacceptable and utter *******. Telkom Mobile does not deserve to be trusted.

Best I just take this matter up with the OMBUDSMAN clearly.
