Missing payments

I have called in numerous times regarding my wifi. The bill just doesn't stack up. I took out the contract for R200 a month and have been paying continuously over the past years. Suddenly I am contacted to say I owe a huge amount and after stating the payments and reference my payments cannot be traced. Can someone please assist me.
