Missing payment

I have a phone contract with Telkom I have 2 devices linked. In June they didn’t take the payment even though the funds were there and they told me to make a payment manually which I did however they couldn’t trace the payments. To cut the story short they asked me to send proof or purchase which I did since today they have been doing a back and forth their service is terrible
