Missing Order

I ordered a Telkom uncapped package over 3 weeks ago. I ordered the uncapped 4 mbps R599 package online. A consultant called me back the same da & we completed finalised everything. She advised that a technician would call me back in 5 - 14 days which never happened. I then called into Telkom myself to enquiry about the package to which I was told there was no order on their side. I asked them to listen to the calls to my number to which the age said they couldn't as they need the person I spoke to, day of the call & the number I was called from. I had none of info as it was 3 weeks prior. Either you guys work n stone age systems where you can't search via a contact number or your agent **** to me. I asked to speak to a T/L t which none was available. I called back immediately and got through to a T/L magically to my surprise. He gave me his email address and I mailed him everything he asked for. He promised to get back to me yesterday and course he did not, thanks to the "amazing" **** service I received from your consultants and supervisors in the call centre. He said he will check with another department to see if they could find the order and to give me feedback to the poor service I received prior to this. I have called 4 times in 3 days and I am still in the position where I was before applying for this deal. with nothing. I mean I know Telkom are notorious for double debting their customers but you add this to their long list of f*** ups. i would've rated you with a negative rating if possible but Hello Peter to kind to the companies like you to have that option.
