Missing money in their hands

Till date my funds which were paid in November have not been sorted I have also added on the December statement as required to show the money never reversed in the meantime I am paying yet they have my money on their side of which they deny to have received 💔 Telkom Rob people daylight I can't be paying and showing a bank statement than they say they didn't receive how yet the money left the account 😩
