Missing iPhone 7 after repairs by finrite insurance

My iPhone 7 went into Telkom insurance for repairs and has gone missing after repairs between finrite insurance, ram couriers and Telkom express store in menlyn. Ram claims that Tumi in the menlyn store signed for it ad they have proof of delivery but there is no Tumi working in that store. Telkom menlyn are not giving me any solution.
