Missing Funds

Since they messed up the debit order date and started debiting on a date I didn’t agree on, I decided to use a card payment method that’s on their app, they claim they did not receive the funds and they continued debiting my account causing unpaid fees on my name, surely someone should be able to pick up payments made via their app. I regret the day I moved to Telkom.
