Missing Earphones and Watch for A55 Promotion

I bought the Galaxy A55 phone and promotional items (earphones and watch) I purchased on 28th November 2024 at Telkom Carnival Mall. At the time of purchase, I was informed that the earphones and watch were not in stock but would be delivered to me at a later date. However, to this day, I have not received the items, nor have I been contacted with an update on their status.
