Missing data

What a ******* experience from a ******* company.

I use 60 gig data in about 6 to 7 weeks. Now 60 gigs disappears in 6 to 10 days.

I have reported this but those people at call center just say repeatedly that it is used up. I went to the shop at vangate mall n they too can see nothing.

I have requested a detailed log but have not received any yet.

My next letter is going to the Ombudsman. Someone is stein data.
