Missed delivery - debit order coming off anyway

I ordered the Telkom Big September Deal. I've been waiting for 2 weeks for delivery of the device. I haven't received the device or sim yet. No one is able to tell when or if I will receive it. Yet, the debit order for the contract has come off.

I am concerned I will never receive the device and sim but will be charged for 24 months for it.
