Missed call?

So I ordered a rather nice wifi bouquet online from the website of Telkom yesterday (2017-01-03). I even got a confirmation email that they got my order. Same day at past 10 at night I got a email stating that they tried to contact me but I was not available. No missed calls on my phone or in the call log. So today a 012688 number calls me and was ringing about two times. When I answered the operator dropped the phone. I tried to call back but it rings two to three times and then says the subscriber is not available. So now my order is accepted but the consultant did not make any effort or attempt to call me again. Not happy at all.
