Miss selling

I had 2 contracts phones both on areas n recoveries,one phone was on final letter of demand or is hsnded over fir garnish,the other with almost 4/5 areas,plus one n half year of inconsistent premiums.both phones had no sim cards due to status of accounts.same month on contract finished i borrowed money to settle both n sent emails to cancel instead they reinstate the other phone.u go to their shop they say phone snd same numbers cnt work with any betwork except telkom.but thier consultants in stores cnt borroe you company phone to call while in store,focus is new sales only.worst but my credit bureau shows to bank credit card on legal.how honest is Telkim they don't over invent client if they can renew contracts for such over invested ,bad payer contract phones without affordability checks.according ***/ref ***...m broke dead broke not afford any further debts.no due diligence was done before renewal of contract n they saw my behavior as a client i am high risk to business
