I have always like Telkom until today, so in 2017 and 2018 I was using a contract SIM which I had trouble closing the account, which I find out 2020 that they have not closed the account at per instruction on 2019 which I told that it was hence I am now on pre paid. This is literally ruining my life because I now can not apply for a home loan due to amount I didn’t agree to pay, I will complain daily until my plee is heard
