02 Sept 2025, 09:53On the 20 August 2025 l bought a contract phone with telkom and before the seven days period was over it started giving me speaker problems when l went to the store they told me that they are going to book it for repaire they can't give me a new one l was so surprised because it's an OBF (OUT OF BOX FAILURE)and when l said l wanna cancel the contract they refused and told me that am supposed to pay the full amount of the phone plus contract cancelation fee as we speak today l don't have the phone they took it and they still refuse to cancel the contract if they cancel l must pay full amoun of the phone
