Miss

I'm not happy at all with Telkom ,I switched bank account to agreed on the debit date and when the dates comes they never debited from the previous one and the current one to instead of the debiting they never and expected me to pay double amount plus areas in their account. After I contacted them several times with emails they didn't help me at all after that they just blocked my sim card and say I must pay that money I disagree of.
