Misrepresentation & Terrible service

<p>Was super excited when called to take up a special offer. Problem though of the agent completely misrepresented the conditions of the contract. They collected the wi-fi device and informed that I have to go to Telkom store and arrange refund. Just returned from the store and they cannot assist me.</p> <p>It takes 31 days to cancell a LIE and then only can they refund me. During this period they WILL collect another payment from my account for a LIE that I am not using as I gave it back. </p> <p>May I remind Telkom YOU phoned me and that I was **** to. Now I have to go through all your red tape to rectify YOUR LIE. Seriously?</p>
