Misrepresentation in Promos

<p>shocking, took a dsn uncapt 10 gig promo, R799 a month, they installed it on 19th May 2017. The promo incudes free installation, free modem, fee line 10gigs, uncapped data, </p> <p>In no document mention of any other cost or from sales person. </p> <p>My fist account should be R1 134.00, the way I calculate it pro-rata for May and for full month June.</p> <p>My first bill is R2 500.00. On quering the bill they just tell me it is pro-rata billing, no clue what they mean by their Pro-rata billing, if you ask me Telkom is charging for the modem and installation and calling it pro-rata</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
