Misrepresentation

It is rather disappointing for a company of such a magnitude to provide such lies, I was contacted by a consultant: Sinothando for a contract pre-approval of which I clearly advised that I wanted to see if I qualify I also asked if I will be contacted once the pre-approval is done she confirmed that yes I will either be called or smsed, I received an sms but to my surprise it was already saying I should have money in my account as they will be debiting it within the next three days and before I knew it I was so. I contacted the call centre and spoke to Siphiwe who bluntantly **** on a recorded line and provided me with a non-existing referrence number, I laslty spoke to Zinhle who made all attempts to give Sinothando and her supivisor an opportunity to resolve the whole issue in that they would call me before COB which has never hapened. I need Telkom's compliance officer's number as the same call centre doesn't want to resolve my query
