misrepresentation

hi there<br> <br> <br> i was contacted last week to upgrade my telkom contract. i explained to the sales person several times that the contract that i had had a muliti sim and that we could use the data and the free minutes on both sim cards for an additional R9 per month. she said even if i uograde its going to be the same procedure and i can still use both the cards which is why i accepted the upgrade. yesterday when i went to actIvate the additional card the saleman said we cant use an additional card for this contract. also i wanted to the know pro data amount - Dial direct said they will calcualte a % of 199 which is the new installment nothing more. yesterday the salesman said the pro data amount will be charged for the device and the data. this is totally unacceptable and i would like some answers asap. if the agreement was for me to use an additional card for the data and minutes this is what i want. and also for the PRODATA to be calculated on just R199. nothing else.<br> <br> im very upset and i would appreciate immediate assistance.<br> <br> <br>
