Mismanaged Telkom billing system and NuDebt

I have been contacted by a NuDebt Management that apparently I need to pay outstanding fees for Telkom into their account. After numerous emails to both parties, I still do not know what I owe to whom. The best is, I do not even have an Telkom account. I have cancelled the account years ago. I have now registered this NuDebt company on my side as spam and blocked all sms's since it has become a problem for me. Further to this, I see it as contravention of the POPIA act should Telkom have handed my information over to this company, without even trying to make contact to myself should there really be any outstanding accounts. Till date, I have no idea what account and what amount and am thinking of taking legal action to both Telkom and Nudebt for not sending me the requested documents. The only information I do get is I need to pay. I have no problem paying. Just send me the tax registered invoice.
