Mismanaged network provider!

This used to be such a fantastic nework I advised all of my friends and family members to swop and change over to this nework how only now regret having done so I'm terribly disappointed for if I don't continuously for my device to manually search for network I will remain without network signal the hole day or night seriously shouldn't be allowed to charge there subscribers anymore for what is the point.
