Misled customer

Telkom mobile application are the worst ever it’s like going into a deal with a *****. I app**** for contract, got issued with an incorrect package not what I requested on application. Telkom was fast to debit my account for the first months subscription now I want them to change my contract to the contract I originally app**** for or cancel it, but their service consultants on the 10213 options 1-2-2 are bunch of ***** they have been telling the same story since Tuesday someone from the processing team will call me back. I have 7 day window to cancel this contract. No one has called back since Tuesday Pathetic service. I will not held liable for the cancellation fee. Telkom you need to sort this matter urgently
