Misled by Telkom

Hello Peter,

I'm writing to express my frustration with Telkom's internet coverage. I've had an unlimited internet data contract with them since 2022, specifically requesting reliable coverage for working from home. However, since July 12, 2024, I've experienced poor to no network coverage in Mabopane. Despite initial assurances of coverage, I've been told by subsequent consultants that there was never coverage in my area and that I was misled. I'm struggling to work while paying for a service I'm not receiving. I hope you can assist me in resolving this issue.
