Mislead,**** to,and Telkom does not want to take responsibility.

I am sending tgis with high hopes of being assisted.

I called into Telkom cancellations yesterday,from my Telkom number ***,and was transfered to a retentions agent based in Johannesburg named Tissetso Motsoleng,who pitched a deal to me which consists of the Hauwei D14 laptop,which includes a laptop bag,10 gigs of data monthly,hauwei router and a printer included at a cost of R429 per month for 36 months,I confirmed this price about 3 to 4 times with Tissetso ,and he said yes that is the price,then I agreed to deal,and he cut the call on me,I spent the entire day yesterday trying to get ahold of Tissetso Motsoleng but could not and noone seemef to care to assist me from agents to team leaders,and I got to a point wereby i broke out in tears,I was then called by a team leader named Ntombizethu Nxumalo,from the sales division who assured me that i would be assisted by COB,and she did not keep to her word,I requested to speak to Tissetso Motsoleng's Team leader named Thulani Mokoena in the retentions department,the guy refused to take my call,and has not called me back,I had requested that the calls be listened to and I want the calls sent to me,that were made between Tissetso Motsoleng and I,and Telkom is just refusing this and ignoring me,I was **** to about a deal to retain me as a customer,now that I want the deal,Telkom is ignoring me and not assisting in any way,I request that these calls be sent to me,so further action can be taken by myself,since Telkom refuses to assist me.
