Misleading Vumatel Telkom Fibre package

I bought a Vumatel Telkom Fibre package (deal) a couple of months ago because of all the benefits that were bundled with it, key amongst them being a free router, free fibre installation, uncapped internet and the free monthly 2G data. After being taken from pillar to post, eventually the Vumatel fibre and their free device was installed. It took a couple of weeks after many follow-ups for the Telkom router to be installed and for the internet service to be tested and activated. I was then told to go to a Telkom Direct Shop to get the integrated data SIM; I have been to several Telkom Direct Shops and they all tell me the same thing i.e. that they last issued the Vumatel Telkom Integrated Data SIMs about six (6) months ago, because the Telkom system associated with them don't work. So, basically 3 or 4 months down the line, I have still not received the Integrated Data SIM and every time I inquire about the SIM, I am taken from pillar to post by Telkom customer care employees. The SIM was supposed to be loaded with free monthly 2G data, therefore this means that for the last four months I have lost 8G of free data???
