Misleading telesales

I was about to go and buy a simcard for my nokia lumia I got for a present, when the phone rang.It was a telesales person from Telkom mobile offering me a simcard package of only R59.00 p/m. ( Includes: simcard, portable router and 500MB ) for two yrs. When the accouint arrived after 15 days it was R97.00

I immediately phoned and cancelled the contract.(You have 60 days to cancel) Telkom has refused to cancel the verbal contract , they shot up the bill to R197. 00 and then to R290.00. They have never stopped the debit order and also never mentioned the fact that I would have to fill in a document at a branch in order to cancel. This is blatant corporate ******* . There was no document involved when the contract was drawn up.All of a sudden there must be a document when you cancel. Please help me.
