Misleading service

<p>I handed a phone in at the Somerset-West branch in for repairs. The phone was under 2 years old but over 1 year old. I was not told that the phone only has 1 year warranty and I was under the impression that it had 2 years. The guy sent the phone away and after a week I received a quote of 1800 or if I choose not to proceed 188 for handling fee. I was not told that there is a 188 handling fee involved. I feel it is ******** to not make a customer aware of possible costs before rendering a service m I would like my device back but feel it's unfair to charge me 188 as I was not informed of this cost upfront.</p>
