Misleading ********

I was sold an ADSL premium package a month ago, the premium package was said to have internet, telephone line and a SIM card you can use when you WiFi is off due to load shedding. When I went to Telkom just two weeks later to fetch my SIM card they told me they don’t give SIM cards anymore. I want what I was sold or you can take your contract Telkom.
