Misleading promotion

A week ago Telkom had an online promotion on an IMac for 499 p/m including 10 gigs data. The impression was created that this deal would run for March, however this week the contract is back to R899 p/m. I have contacted them twice. The fiets time the operator dismissed my request to try and see whether they could still accommodate me on the promotion that was run just a week ago. The second operator said she would enquire and phone me back in 15 minutes which never happened. I am not a Telkom client and due to this service received probably never will be.
