misleading Product 'Entertainemt Bolt-on"

Hi, i would like to log a complain for a misleading product called "Entertainment Bolt-on" Which is misleading to us customers. When you go to telkom website and click on more details n that that product, it is claimed that you can stream videos with any of the video streaming providers and it even mention some of those video streaming providers (Nedflix SA,DSTV online, catch-up, show max and many more). I have subscribed with nedflix and I bought this product and only to find out that nedflix is actually taking/eating from daily telkom data not on this TI data product.

I spoke to one of the people at the call centre by the name of Zethu Benerd on 25 october 2017 at 20:00CAt-20:20CAt using this number ********** 264 and she and her supervisor told me that the entertainment bolt-on is only for "showmax" which was surprising because according to your website is also for nedflix, dstv online and other.

Please can I request that I be credited back my data which was taken by nedflix because it is your website that giving false information about TI product. nedflix was taking from my Telkom data from this number ********** 536 and I need refund for that.

Also it is advisable that to take down or update the information on your website about this product call Entertainment bolt-on.
