Misleading Offer Code TML*** - Conflicts with your booklet.

I was on SmartBroadband Wireless 100GB (100GB+100GB), paying R1049. My contract had expired was now on month-to-month. On browsing your website, I came across "Double Data Promo" for the same R1049 I was paying, but now getting a total of 400GB (Offer Code TML ********** ), and this comes with B315 LTE Router.

I went to the store at Festival Mall and all was smooth, and to my surprise when she's handing ID to me, only to be told this package is SIM only, with no Router. She showed me on Page 38 of the Telkom Booklet. Since I had already accepted the contract thinking she's processing a deal of R1049 that I saw that comes with Router, I left thinking I must have misread what's on the website Offer Code TML ********** . On getting home, I realized I wasn't misreading the offer on the website but have been mislead by Telkom to think R1049 deal comes with router as per your website..

On going there, I was told the router comes with a package of R1089 (as per page 43 of the Booklet)

In Summary: 1) SmartBroadband Wireless in your website (Offer Code TML ********** ): R1049 p/m gets me (200GB + 200GB + Router) - this is what I went to the store for.

2) SmartBroadband Wireless in your Deals Booklet (20/11/2017 - 19/01/2018), page 38 : R1049 gets me (200GB + 200GB), no router. This is what I got from the store.

Why advertise same offer with router on the website for same R1049 p/m, but have this different on the deals booklet, a deals booklet being used at the store by Sales Consultants?

I was asked to sign for a new additional contract in order to get a router - something I shouldn't be doing because you advertised the router as coming with the package I have chosen.
