Misleading -Nothing Smart about SmartHome Packages

The SmartHome packages are a great value deal, but the there is nothing smart about the contents. The SmartHome SIM cards are dummies and are not capable of even the basic functions you can do with a standard non-Smarthome TelkomMobile SIM.<br> <br> 1. I cannot port my Vodacom or any other number to the SmartHome SIM cards. <br> 2. I cannot migrate my existing TelkomMobile No. to the SmartHome SIM Cards<br> 2. I cannot load any data of airtime on the SmartHome SIM Cards.<br> 3. I cannot get a secondary/multi SIM Card for the SmartHome SIM Cards.<br> 4. The SmartHome SIM Cards, although branded TelkomMobile, seem to operate completely separate from the normal TelkomMobile system & backbone. Where is the much taunted convergence?<br> <br> Under my SmartHome premium package I now have 4 extra SIMs cards that I dont use effectively due to the above inabilities. I forfeit airtime and data every month, which I am paying for, due to the inconvenience and 'un-smartness' of these SIM Cards.<br> <br> Unless you can address the above issues conclusively, I will petition the Consumer Protection Commission to compel Telkom to remove word SMART from the SmartHome Packages as it is misleading and a misrepresentation of their abilities.
