Misleading information about products

Telkom mobile misleading their clients . For instance they sell data in two ways data and then data for all networks. I happened to buy data on one their summer fastive promotion and they gave me data that is only limited to be used on their network, meaning that if you are roaming you can't use this data.

Telkom doesn't have network across the country and one of their ways to help everyone access their network is roaming on MTN network. So does this mean that the customers that are roaming do not have the same benefits as the other customers on the Telkom mobile network yet we are paying the same rates.
