Misleading information

I am not happy with the service I got for the 3 months I've had a contract with them. When applying for my phone contract they told me that there is extra data that comes with the phone and only to find out that it is a second contract. I cancelled it and was expected to pay R900 cancellation fee at the end of the next month. Halfway in the next month I am disconnected because I must pay the cancellation fee of the contract I never wanted and now it is R920.
