Misleading Information

Ordered a Samsung note 9 on 26/09/2918 during the time of the welcome pack which I did not receive. I received a message on 16/10/2018 indicating that my welcome pack has been dispatched. I enquired recently to find out what is happening and was informed the promotion ended on the 30th September and I will not be receiving the pack. The consultant also said that the reply I receive was an automated response and as such not valid.
