Misleading info regarding fiber linkup

Telkom called me to sign up for fiber. The consultant Courtney explained that I would not pay more and compared figures of old balances not realizing that they contained call out services and telephone calls. I checked all the previous bills and found that we would pay considerably more for that service. I have been mislead and would like to speak to him or someone responsible for these services.
